Her portfolio spans Expo 2020 Dubai (Opening & Closing Ceremonies), the COP28 World Leaders Summit, and Kayan, the largest wellness festival in the Middle East. She brings the same curatorial conviction and strategic vision to every project she leads.

Hiedy works where ideas, people and execution meet. With a background spanning partnerships, live experiences, production and media, she has a knack for taking a strong concept and figuring out who needs to be in the room to make it happen. She nurtures the evolution of strong ideas into memorable experiences.

Mila built her creative foundation directing large-scale productions for a range of governmental, arthouse and commercial clients globally. She led the creative delivery of Kayan Wellness Festival and continues to shape cultural, music and wellbeing experiences, treating festivals as testbeds for next-gen spatial systems and using the desert as a proving ground for future cities.

With experience across COP28, Kayan and mini to mega events throughout the UAE, Europe and Southeast Asia, her focus is keeping people, schedules and logistics working together, with care in the details.

Vishakha brings together branding, narrative and experience design, translating ideas into visual language that lands. She moves comfortably between concept and craft, shaping conscious and curated experiences, turning brand stories into moments people remember.

Joan is an experienced event professional with a strong project management foundation and a proven track record delivering high-profile corporate, luxury, sports and wellness events. Her portfolio includes COP28, Longines Global Champions Tour, and two editions of Kayan Wellness Festival, one of the region’s largest wellness festivals. She brings a hands-on, detail-driven approach to delivering seamless experiences from planning to execution.
