Who is the residency for?
The program is designed around lifestyle optimisation, overall wellbeing and performance, with focused sessions exploring sleep, recovery, movement and nutrition. It is designed for health-conscious individuals who want to gain a better understanding of their health and wellbeing.
Is this suitable for my first wellness residency?
Yes. The residency is suitable for everyone. If this is your first wellness experience and you have questions, please book a free discovery call with us through our website. We would be happy to walk you through the program and address any queries.
Do I need a particular fitness level?
We will move at your pace. However, it would be helpful to understand your current activity level and any injuries or mobility requirements before booking so we can discuss the program with you. You can book a free discovery call with us through our website.
Can I attend on my own or with a partner?
Both. The resort can accommodate solo travellers, couples and groups of up to four people. We encourage you to bring a loved one, friend or colleague to share the experience with — the more, the merrier!
Can I bring a companion who does not want to participate?
Unfortunately not. The entire resort is being privatised exclusively for the residency, so anyone attending will be included in the program.
What makes The Limitless Human Residency different from other wellness residencies in Zanzibar?
The Limitless Human Residency brings together personalised health insights, expert-led education, movement, nutrition, longevity and advanced recovery technologies within an intimate, five-day island experience. Rather than focusing solely on relaxation, the residency combines assessments and individual consultations with practical workshops, personalised nutrition, recovery modalities and wellness practices. The experience begins before you arrive and continues after you leave, with a personalised lifestyle and performance plan and ongoing accountability support. Set within the exclusively privatised ENVI Paje, the program balances a highly personalised approach to health and performance with the slower rhythm, culture and natural environment of Zanzibar.
What is included in the residency package?
The package includes: • Five days and four nights’ accommodation. • Three meals a day, with a personalised meal plan and morning chef check-ins. • Pre-residency consultation, preparation and assessments outlined in the program. • On-site assessments, daily consultations and workshops. • Access to the recovery modalities outlined in the program. • Wellness, mindfulness, cultural and music programming. • One spa session. • Two activities of your choice from the available water activities or excursions. • Return transfers between Zanzibar Airport and ENVI Paje. • A post-residency lifestyle and performance plan customised to your needs.
What is not included?

Are spa treatments included?
One spa session is included. Additional spa services and rituals are available at the property.
Is IV therapy included?
Pre-residency IV therapy is optional (if you are based in the UAE) but recommended. IV therapy is also included as part of the on-site program.

What happens before the residency?
Your preparation includes a Limitless Human consultation and a pre-residency preparation protocol. Pre-residency assessments include an executive blood panel, body composition assessment using Anovator and gut health screening. DNA and epigenetic testing will take place during the residency.
How far in advance should I book?
Some assessments require preparation and time for results. Please contact us early so we can explain the testing schedule before you make your travel arrangements.
Do I need to prepare for any tests?
Any test-specific instructions will come directly from the practitioner or laboratory arranging your assessment, whether inside or outside the UAE.
When will I receive my full itinerary?
Your full itinerary will be shared with you two weeks prior to the residency. The full program will also be published on our website by early October.
What happens during the residency?
The program includes two assessments with The Limitless Human: • Bioresonance wellness scan. • Functional movement and physical capacity assessment. You will also participate in four workshops with Elie Abirached from The Limitless Human: • Recovery & Nervous System Focus: Practical recovery and nervous system regulation sessions. • Focus Session: Personal lifestyle, health and performance coaching. • SDRT Method Workshop: Strain, Defend, Recover, Thrive. • Biohacking Modalities Session: An educational session exploring how to use different modalities at home. Daily consultations with Elie Abirached will take place throughout the residency. These experiences sit alongside a wider program of wellness sessions, movement and cultural experiences: Entertainment & Cultural Program: A curated program of cultural experiences rooted in African heritage, rhythm and tradition, bringing you closer to the spirit of Zanzibar through music, movement, storytelling and shared moments. Wellness & Movement Program: Daily opportunities to move, restore and reconnect with the body, including sunrise yoga, sound baths and guided wellness sessions designed around the natural rhythm of the residency. Longevity & Recovery Technology: Access to an advanced suite of longevity, recovery and contrast-therapy facilities, creating space to explore both high-performance recovery and deep restoration. Experiences include sauna, cold plunge, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), infrared therapy and PEMF therapy. Strength & Longevity Assessment: Grip-strength testing led by Dr. Elie, offering a simple insight into physical strength and functional longevity, alongside expert guidance and context. Daily Training & Movement: Optional morning and evening gym sessions, giving you the flexibility to maintain your training routine or incorporate purposeful movement into each day of the residency.
What recovery experiences are available?
The program includes access to hyperbaric oxygen therapy, infrared therapy, contrast therapy with cold plunge and sauna, PEMF, compression boots and IV therapy.
Will my partner and I follow the same program?
While many activities will be shared, the recovery and assessment sessions will take a highly individualised approach. These will be scheduled separately throughout the residency based on each guest’s individual program.
Do I have to attend every session?
We encourage guests to participate fully in the program to get the most from the residency, particularly the assessments and workshops. However, participation is ultimately your choice, and you are welcome to opt out of individual activities or sessions, particularly leisure and cultural activities. We understand that everyone moves at their own pace, and our team will support and respect your preferences throughout the residency.
How much free time will I have?
The five-day program offers a rich schedule of experiences, so there may be limited opportunity to venture further afield in Zanzibar during the residency. However, the schedule will include intentional free time and space to rest, reset and enjoy your surroundings. This is a longevity residency set at the pace of an island.
What is the accommodation like?
ENVI Paje is a beachfront property with 22 design-led villas, most with private plunge pools. The entire property will be reserved exclusively for The Limitless Human Residency. Several accommodation options are available depending on your preference and group size. What are the check-in and check-out times?
As the resort is being privatised for the residency, early check-in and late check-out can be accommodated as required, allowing for a comfortable and unrushed experience from start to finish.
Can I arrive early or extend my stay?
Yes. We can connect you with the property to arrange an extension, subject to availability.
Are meals included?
Yes. Three meals a day are included, with a personalised meal plan and morning chef check-ins. Your menu will be informed by your data and biomarkers and curated specifically for you. The chef will also be able to make adjustments based on your preferences throughout the residency.
Can you accommodate allergies and dietary requirements?
Yes. The menu is highly personalised and will be created with your dietary requirements and allergies in mind.
Is the property accessible for guests with limited mobility?

Are airport transfers included?
Yes. Pick-up and drop-off between Zanzibar Airport and ENVI Paje are included. Airport transfers in your departure city are not included. Please share your arrival and departure flight details with the team ahead of travel so we can coordinate your Zanzibar transfers. The journey between the airport and ENVI Paje takes approximately one hour.
Is a helicopter transfer available?
A helicopter airport transfer is available upon request. Contact the team for availability and pricing.
Do I need a visa?
Visa requirements depend on your nationality and individual travel circumstances. Please check the latest Tanzania Immigration Department entry requirements before booking your travel. We can offer visa support, but visa costs are not included. Visa approval remains the responsibility of the relevant authorities.
Do I need Zanzibar’s mandatory inbound travel insurance?
Foreign visitors, excluding residents, are required to obtain Zanzibar’s designated inbound travel insurance, even if they already hold another travel insurance policy. Please refer to the official Zanzibar insurance information for the latest requirements before travelling.
Should I arrange additional travel insurance?
We recommend checking whether your existing cover meets your needs for cancellation, disruption, medical care, evacuation and any planned activities or treatments. Zanzibar’s mandatory insurance has defined benefits and limits, so review these alongside any additional cover you hold.
Do I need vaccinations or malaria precautions?
We recommend arranging a consultation with a travel-health professional, ideally four to six weeks before departure. Advice will depend on your individual health, itinerary and transit countries. Yellow fever certificate requirements apply to certain travel routes, and malaria precautions may be relevant to Zanzibar. Please consult current official travel-health guidance before travelling.
What is the weather like in Zanzibar in October and November?
The average temperature in Zanzibar during October and November is approximately 27°C (81°F). We would say that the weather is absolutely perfect!
What support will I receive after I leave?
The program includes an SDRT lifestyle and performance plan, support for integrating your residency findings into your daily routines, and 30-, 60- and 90-day accountability check-ins with The Limitless Human team. This ongoing support covers sleep, recovery, movement and nutrition.
Can I continue receiving support after 90 days?
Yes. You can connect with The Limitless Human team to explore options for continued support beyond the initial 90-day period.
